On this page we will be answering some of the frequently asked questions/simple fixes that we have discovered when a user has telephoned us or come to an appointment, and that we fixed within a few minutes of the assessment.

The reason is to keep a track of the simple questions/fixes, so if it comes up again we can point the user in the right direction before it has to come in to be repaired.
